From starter to dessert, EVERYTHING is prepared on site from fresh products and cooked as soon as the order is taken! Whether à la carte or in formula, the cooked ingredients are of French origin for a large part from local short circuits. To guarantee the freshness of the product, a common base of ingredients is used for several dishes!

Hervé DINOUARD - CHEF

 

Holder of a pastry chef, chocolate confectioner, ice cream maker at the restaurant Le Colvert in Amiens in 1984, our chef has more than 35 years of experience in catering.

 

Examples are his experiences in cooking and pastry making at the Brasserie du Center in Rue and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme or at the Nova Lounge and Cajou in Amiens. After a successful experience at the Coq Chantant in Frévent, but also at the Mess of the Air Base 922 in Doullens, Hervé DINOUARD has been offering his know-how at the restaurant Le Bristol for nearly 5 years.

Jordan DELFOSSE, kitchen clerk

 

Jordan DELFOSSE successfully completed his training in catering by obtaining his Professional Training Certificate in catering in 2016. He then worked with several chefs and brigades at Stromboli in Bapaume before joining La Coupole d'Arras.

 

With four years of experience at the age of 26, Jordan DELFOSSE decided to join the restaurant Le Bristol in May 2019.

Located at 7 Place Eugène Andrieu in Doullens, between Amiens and Arras, the Bristol restaurant offers a range of homemade products with the maximum of fresh local products. Indeed, the meats used come from an artisan butcher from Frévent.

Our chef works mainly with French producers and is committed to satisfying your taste buds!
